After owning and operating a very successful West Coast hair replacement clinic, they’ve brought their expertise, artistry, and compassion to Gold River, CA, creating a space where privacy, trust, and results come first.

Debby Long is the Owner and heart and soul of Elite Hair Loss Solutions. A licensed cosmetologist for over 30 years and an American Hair Loss Council Certified Master Stylist, Deborah has dedicated her career to helping people restore their confidence through highly personalized, non-surgical hair restoration solutions. She is also an exceptionally talented hair system designer, and industry educator.

With nearly three decades of hands-on experience, Debby brings unmatched precision and insight to each Guest interaction. From clinical Trichology to high-end custom prosthetics and extensions, she’s built a reputation for delivering image-enhancing results that truly change lives.
What makes Debby work so powerful is her personal connection to it. She proudly wears CRLAB’s CNC prothesis system herself and fully understands the emotional journey that comes with hair loss. Her favorite part of the job? Witnessing the joy and relief on a Guest’s face after their inital transformation. It’s that deeply human moment that continues to fuel her passion every day.
Gary Long
Owner, Clinic Director & Chief of Staff
As Clinic Director and Co-Owner of Elite Hair Loss Solutions, Gary ensures that every Guest receives a professional, seamless, and supportive experience from start to finish. With over 26 years of experience in the hair restoration industry, Gary oversees the day-to-day operations of the clinic, manages Guest relations, marketing and bookkeeping and ensures every detail aligns with the high standards he and Debby have built their reputation on.
In addition, Gary personally designed and oversaw the recent renovation of the brand new Elite Hair Loss Solutions clinic down to every detail. Dedication to the Guest experience is of paramount importance to Debby and Gary. Every detail matters and they want each Guest to have a hair restoration experience unlike anything they have ever felt before.

Though not a licensed cosmetologist, Gary holds multiple certifications in hair restoration systems and Trichology from globally recognized organizations. His role is deeply rooted in ensuring Guest satisfaction, maintaining the clinic’s welcoming and private atmosphere, and offering guidance and support for those exploring solutions for hair loss.
Gary also personally understands the emotional side of hair loss. He wears a CRLAB iTHIN® system himself, which allows him to relate to each Guest’s experience with authenticity and empathy. Whether it’s managing logistics or simply offering a reassuring word, Gary’s dedication to each Guest’s confidence and comfort is evident in everything he does.
